That depends on if going out is last minute or already planned. If it's last minute, I can be fully ready in under an hour. If it's already planned, I make the entire day an at-home-spa day!

Date with my wife- 30 minutes
Meeting friends for drinks- 15 minutes
Going out Dancing - 5 minutes, if not faster. After an hour of dancing an drinking, it doesn't really matter what one looks like.

Hmmm...Apply little Gel, aftershave, put on shirt...about 5 mins...then walk to fridge, get beer, drink beer, repeat until girlfriend is ready....about 3 hours.
