White females enjoy Minority Status although they are Counted in the Majority Numbers.My Question is understanding that the White male is Concidered the Majority how can White females have the best of both worlds?Does'nt this proove the white male is the true Minority?

If you take the Number of those who have minority status then take the numbers of those who do not have minority status which is white males only .Who is the Minority?

"Minority" is more a political term than a factual statistical one. A "minority" is seen as a victim of the "majority" (i.e. white males), therefore that justifies trampling the rights of white males in favor of everyone else (i.e. affirmative action).

While white females may be in the majority of people in the US, they are a minority in the work place. The numbers are in the census as well.

Obviously, the definition of minority is "not a white male". Therefore, by definition, white males can never be a minority.
