At about a million dollars a piece for a Tomahawk, times the number of missiles that we have unleashed upon the world. I'd say no one in this country should ever be starving.

None.
Eating the materials of a missile isn't probably the most nutritious.

Seriously, it depends on how many people you want to feed. How long you want to feed them. Where you're getting the food.

I'd say getting an infrastructure in place of some kind to get a sustainable renewable food source in place first would be better in the long run than just buying food.
Teach a man to fish and all that.

Sadly, you don't get political 'brownie' points for feeding the needy.
You only get brownie points for posturing, for breast-beating, for showing the world that you are a strong leader, somebody capable of bombing a third world country back into the middle ages.

You lucky Americans.

It depends on how you cook it. They tend to be really hard when raw, so you would probably have to boil it for a REALLY long time.

Zero. It is designed to blow them to smithereens. Not to feed them a free meal.
