In the south, we drink coke.
A "coke" is not the same as a "Co-Cola", which is what the trademarked soft drink is called. If you ask for a "coke", the waitress will ask what kind of coke you want, and it's not uncommon to hear someone say "Sprite" or "Root Beer."
"Y'all" is my favorite. Before my family moved to Florida, I thought it was extremely funny and somewhat ignorant, but after growing up there, I found myself using it as well.
It's important to remember that because someone speaks in a different dialect, it doesn't dimish their intelligence. :)

I use "put it up", but none of the rest of them. My all time favorite, though, is "hose-pipe". For those who are southern-impaired, it means garden hose.

"mash" the button, instead of "push" it
use of the words "flat" or "flat-out" meaning "outright, or plain" (He flat told him he wasn't gonna work past 6pm; That is just flat-out wrong what that ol' boy did to his dog.)

Isn't it charming? I love those sayings. What about calling "every soda" a coke? :)

I like:
"I'm fixin' ta.."
ie:
"I'm fixin' ta take tha buggy over yonder n' put it up."
Also:
"Crick" (creek)
ie:
"Don fall in tha crick and bust yer mmm-hmmm."
