At that stage, you could be experiencing what is known as false labor. It is the uteris preparing to give birth to your child so it practices contractions. They can make you feel funny and even nauseated just like real contractions do. You could also just be having a bout of a stomach virus as well. To be sure though that it isn't something serious, I suggest a call to your doctor's office explaining the symptoms would be the best thing to do.

You need to call your doctor or go to the labor and delivery NOW!! you could have preclampcia and that is serious. There are meds that they can give you to stop it. My mom had this and lost her baby when she was 8 months pregnant. She was at the hospital the day before and they ignored her symptoms. If you get to the doctor now they can help. The same thing happened when she was pregnant with my brother but they got to her fast enough. He is now 16 years old. Get checked now. And again it could be nothing, Good Luck.

Not sure about the stomach cramps, but during my first pregnancy, I had EXCRUCIATING pain and tenderness around my navel. I believe that the placenta/umbilical cord was positioned where it was right under my belly button. I didn't have the same problem with my 2nd and 3rd pregnancies. Call your OB to make sure everything is OK....why worry? Go see her to ease your mind. Good luck!

Go ahead and call the doctor about it. But don't rule out the possibility that you have a stomach bug. Even pregnant people can get 'regular-sick'.
