Does the airport have a right to refuse he or she boarding? Would you feel comfortable boarding a plane with them?

Isn't this basically yelling FIRE in a crowded theater? Common sense says not to wear something like that into an airport! I'm sure the ACLU will sue the airport.

I think it's kind of weird and I don't know why they feel there is an attempt to silence them. The airport shouldn't feel the need to turn them away.

I wouldn't have a problem with him. That's free speech, and you gotta ask yourself, misguided and demented as they may be, what exactly do they mean?
American refusal to even LOOK at why they hate us is the reason we're in this mess in the first place. Does that mean we shouldn't kill Osama? Of course not. If it were up to me after 9/11 we would have declared war on the entire middle east. But if anyone thinks that the military industrial complex is paranoid fiction made up by liberals, they're ignorant and stubborn. The same is true for anyone who thinks the USA and its corporations have always been good and decent to the muslim nations in this world.
In the state of Michigan right now, if you take a drug and it paralyzes you, by law you can NOT sue the drug company. That's conservative politics for you. If these corporations are willing to screw over their fellow Americans what makes anyone think they haven't been screwing over the Muslims for DECADES?
Again, 9/11 wasn't justified and I'd love to kill all of Al Qaeda, but that doesn't mean the USA is innocent.
The only way a terrorist is going to hurt me on a plane is if he has a gun and I don't. Otherwise, I'm not worried. Yes, I know that sounds like macho/BS bravado, but sorry, some of us have been taught how to hurt people.

We went through this in the 1960s with long hair, trying to get a reaction. Go ahead and kick him off a plane for a T-shirt, if you really have a concern then speak up to the airline. They no better than to profile a person for no apparent reason.
And by the way, how exactly do you know he is a Muslim?

My instincts tell me that the Muslim is certainly trying to get attention. I also have no problem with profiling and making sure the person's belongings are searched as well as his background. He, to me, represents the problem, it's a direct challenge to defy authority.

The same as I would if I saw an American or British person with the same t-shirt at an airport.

This is typical of the way they perceive the western world.
Personally I don't like it and would feel uncomfortable. Why feel the need to wear it?, I think a year ago he/she would not have been able to get away with it.

Well it would be the same thing as an american wearing a t-shirt that says "land of the free" or a chinese man's shirt that says "workers' paradise". It's just a citizen of his home country being patriotic for his nation.
It's just how they do things over there, there's nothing wrong with it and there shouldn't be anythign but acceptance for it.

my first question would have been
"Who is Us?"
other than that I wouldn't care.. it's not like airport security isn't going to check him.. and I've seen enough Che or... whoever.. T-Shirts in my life not to get too worried about them.
