You definitely should go to the doctor they could prescribe or find out why your leaking so heavily. Or you could try wearing a pad and a tampon but i recommend a doctor's appointment Right away.

birth control is the best way to control your period because the amount of flow becomes regulated. Talk to your doctor even if you aren't sexually active birth control could help out a lot. and For your sheets at night if your bleeding that heavy try putting a dark colored towel under your butt or between your thighs to help soak up the extra bleeding. Thats what i had to do before i had kids. I used to bleed a lot and figured i would try putting a towel between my legs at night with my 3 pads and it helped a lot.

Depending on how old you are or if you're sexually active, try out birth control. It helps to regulate your period, for one and two when you take the placebo pills at the end of the pack, it can make your period lighter.

If you don't think you're old enough, or you doctor or mother doesn't, then you'll just have to settle with it for now, sorry sweetie.

Time for the birth control pill. I used to have nasty periods. Now I have light bleeding for 3 days.

You need to see a dr. about this, whether or not you want to go on the pill, because it's not healthy for you to be losing that much blood every month.

Ugh, I have the same problem! Well, until you can get your hands on birth control pills I suggest wearing black underwear (if you have them). That way, when you leak, the blood wont be as noticeable after you wash them. But ya, I really do suggest birth control! It lessens the flow, and pain from cramps.

wow. you really need to see a doctor this could be something more serious. but then again it could just be you took the short shraw when you started your periods.
see a doctor and explain he/she will give you the best advice and will look into it for you. most probably you will end up on the pill to reduce you period flow and your doctor might do a few tests to see what is going on if they feel they need to.
Hope you get this sorted.
Take care

You should see a gynecologist. It could be that you were cursed with a heavy flow or there could be an underlying health issue. Also, he/she can prescribe birth control to help lighten your flow! Good luck.

Happens to me often, but i have been experimenting on how to control the flow better, i found if you line your pillows at a 30 degree angle and a pillow underneath your knees it helps trust me.

I strongly suggest making an appointment with your DR.
It might not be serious, but anytime you have a question ,please ask. It is too important to be guessing.!!!
My daughter said she thiught her dr. would say she was
making an issue, but he reinsuredher not to think like that.
hope you get to feeling better!!
