for me if i'm confused if someone is a girl or boy i look at their hair and what they wear first
if you want to look like a girl then make sure your hair is in a girl style and if it's tall then better
and wear girly clothes like skirts, pink shirts etc.
and if you want to look like a boy i suggest first you have a short hair cut in a normal style and wear clohes that show you are a boy.

also the way you act sometimes affect this.
if you are a man act like a man
and if you are a woman act feminen
