Gosh if draw it back it is because something went really, really wrong! Once a friend of mine said she wanted to finish her eye-pen quickly to buy a new one, and that was away to to it!

I am most familiar with purplish sketches of hills on women's foreheads. I don't think I could describe them as eyebrows anymore. I am careful and fortunate to not have plucked my eyebrows into oblivion. If I ever suffer eyebrow baldness, I think I will draw in my eyebrows differently every day, to suit my mood. Eyebrows like Bert on Sesame Street would be interesting. If I am ever given a bald slate, I would also like to transform my eyebrows, in the course of a week, from caterpillar to butterfly. :)

Tell me about it! Years ago I went wacky with the tweezer to get the "pencilled line" look that was currently popular. And danged if my eyebrows wouldn't grow back. That particular fad didn't last long, but my eyebrows were ruined, and I've spent the rest of my life with sorry whispy little hairs with a lot of gaps between. Nowadays the healthy, natural thick eyebrow line is in, but I never will be LOL.

I've asked myself that same question. I'm a woman and I just clean the scattered hairs and thats it. some women look like clowns when they pluck all their eyebrows then draw a line.

It is quite logical and elementary, Dr Watson.

Women are born with eyebrows yes. That eyebrow can come thick, thin, straight from the nose bridge to the temple etc. a unibrow even? Gaaahh.

Bottom line- it should not only exist, it should be pretty too.

Anyway- Her eyebrows may not be the SHAPE she likes. There are standards of the arch you know.

Only men can wear ugly eyebrows they were born with and get away with it.

I guess I'm lucky, I've never had to pluck my eyebrows (my friend was amazed when I told her, the day of my wedding, I'd never plucked my eyebrows. She was all terrified we'd have to do it last second). They're formed just right, slightly arched, not at all thick and they never grow together.

I don't know why some women draw them back on, but I do pluck mine - I do it to create a better shape that flatters me more. And by the way it doesn't hurst at all.

What people go through to look good, i wax mine and fill in any tiny gaps with pencil. is much less painful than plucking.

Lol....I don't understand that either!
Some women pluck them too much then realise they're too small so draw them back on.
Personally I just pluck them so as they are the right shape and size! :D

If your trying to understand women you may aswell give up now they are a mystery to all me, any just why they all have a facination with hair I dont think even women know

If they are not plucking it, they're dying it, curling, straightening, waxing or crimbing it.

And women wonder why they dont get possitions of power its because they are alway messing about with thier hair.

Give up trying to understand them they are all bonkers
