That's what dogs do, so yes.
Let's see...no hands, speech problem...predators..yeah, I'm guessing biting would be a viable option.
Now, have they ever bitten anyone...let's see, I've been bitten once by two of them. Both times when they were puppies.
One was chasing the water from the garden hose, and I got my hand in the wrong place at the wrong time. (Owie).
The other one was trying to ensure he was the alpha dog, and bit me. I pinned him to the ground and bit his ear hard (*pfffft*). He decided I could be the alpha dog. (He was a stubborn, very dominant puppy. I've never had one as bad as he was before.)
The other one wouldn't even dream of biting, you may say "no" or "bad dog" to her, and that would break her little heart.

He is a Pom so he thinks he can take the world.
But his bite is nothing anymore he had most of his teeth pulled. And he now has a permanent flat mouth. He looks cute though

She bites me, but not to hurt, just to play. If she wanted to hurt me, I'm sure she could do some damage with those sharp teeth of hers!

Nope, she's been taught that biting, even playfully, is not acceptable.
