The anger and abuse at anyone who dares to "Bash Bush" is aimed at silencing criticisms.
The board is being bombarded with meaningless nonsense messages such as 'Why do libs love evil?" to keep legitimate political discussion from taking place.
The Bush administration is truly a lame duck and has to be kept afloat by these means to avoid being ridiculous.

Because they either love him or hate him, and they refuse to listen to anything or anyone who doesn't feel the same way...they (or the media) have made up their minds and they don't want anyone trying to change them by expressing opposing views or opinions.
