I know I probably won't get a lot of responses to this but I even fall victim to the popularity questions because of issues I feel I don't want to tackle! What is your biggest reason for over looking a question you know is worth while?

Sometimes the questioner asks too many questions in one post and it's not worth the effort for the 2 points or the 10 points(if you are chosen as best answer).
But sometimes I don't genuinely know or have the answer or an opinion so I skip it. I don't think posting "IDK" is very helpful.
Additionally, if the correct answer has already been posted by someone else, there is no need for me to chime in.

Actually, I do the serious questions when I am well rested and the fluff, P&S when I am tired. There is the possibility of doing harm when you sense that the person is near an emotional edge, and If someone can better aide them, then I defer.

I do that all the time. The reasons why I avoid them are either it's a lot to read or I know that I'm going to get wrapped up in it and type a lot!!!!

i myself like to answer the more serious questions, i only answer if i feel i might be of some help to the serious ones, and some i answer just for the fun.

No question is ever too serious, but some questions are too darn long!
