i want my text to wrap in cell.extra character should come down?

In Excel, if you want all the rows in a col. to Wrap, place the cursor on the letter at top of col. This highlights the entire col.
Then Format, Cells. A box menu pops up.
Choose Alignment, Wrap Text, OK.

You may have to adjust the col. width in order to wrap the desired characters to drop down.
