Currently use RackSpace, but they are very expensive. Have 2 web servers, 1 DB server and 2 application servers. Need Firewall and Load Balancer (Level 7). Our site is Akamaized if that helps.

I've always have had good luck with servermatrix.com, they are part of theplanet.com and their prices are reasonable.

If you pay monthly the cost is higher. I recommend HostGator or A2 Hosting which both offer a monthly payment package.
