I think you're set at WR, TE, DEF and K.
The first concern I have is at the QB position. Romo had a nice year last season, but I'm still completely sold on him. He's not a proven commodity, but he could still do well. And while Big Ben is a good QB, he's not much of a fantasy stud.
At running back, I see a couple of issues. First off, you obviously need Larry Johnson to sign and get in camp ASAP. There's a serious risk that he'll miss part of the season if he doesn't sign very soon. You'll also need Thomas Jones to step it up in New York, since he's really your second-best RB. I think he can do it, but it will be interesting to see what happens. Your other guys - especially Jones and Thomas - will get points and touches, but they'll be sharing the ball too much for my liking.
Overall, I'd give your team about a 7, with potential to go higher if things fall into place.

This must be a 3 team league or something because your team is unreal.
You have a solid QB platoon, if you play the matchups right you might be able to get the production of a top 5 QB or better.
LJ is a stud, Thomas Jones is waaay underated and I think a very serviceable #2 RB, Julius Jones is OK but should be useful, Brandon Jackson is a tremendous sleeper candidate at RB - don't give up on him, he may not play much the first month of the season, but could gradually see an increased workload
Ocho Cinco is the A1 WR, TO is a stud despite his issues
Shockey is overated but very good in the context of the rest of your team
Chargers D is great
Love Elam, still has some leg left, kicks in thin air
I'd be tempted to shop Julius Jones with one of your lesser WRs for an upgrade at RB (think travis henry, ronnie brown) or one more lights out WR (reggie wayne/marvin harrison)

All in all I think you may have a winner.
I would think about trying to big up a big game WR, your 1 and 2 are good, your 3, 4, 5 are OK.
But overall pretty good!
