Book Publisher. I would love to do that as a job but I'm not sure exactly how to become one. Thanks for your help :)

I would major in English with a concentration in Literature. I would also talk to your advisor because they could point you to classes that would look good on your resume and possibly even help you get an internship with a publishing company. Good Luck!

I would say major in Journalism with a minor in English. Look for internships at book publishing companies or even a part time job while going to school. Good Luck!!!

Technically, you could major in anything. For example, I imagine that a degree in physics would help someone who publishes science textbooks.
Journalism, literature and history majors would certainly have the right kinds of education for publishing.
