If you have some fruit and maybe something a little spicy, the "spicy" helps the blood to circulate and metabolize the alcohol faster. Drink a lot of liquids, too...

lol boiii do i knwo that feelin ... go to mcdonalds get the 99 cent double cheesburger.. i go out all night leave from the club around 3am make it to work at 5am go to a mcd's drive thru and BAM! no more hang over and to drink get revive flavor vitamin water
anything greesy soaks all the alchol well for me

English breakfast. fried bread, sausages, bacon, eggs, steak, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions and potato's washed down with a few beers to get you re hydrated.

Gatoraid and oatmeal. It gets all the fluids back in and soaks up the crap in your stomach. Enjoy, and remember it is only temporary.
