Go to your local hardware store like LOWES and buy some outdoor bleach cleaner. It is usually under 10 bucks for a bottle. I take it and mix it with water in my garden sprayer.

I first wet the walls down with the water hose. Then I spray the water and outdoor bleach mix with the garden sprayer on the walls. Then I come back and spray with the water hose again and the mold comes off. No scrubbing - I have vinyl siding.

I have also used it on cement and if the mold is really old then I have to scrub a little. It is the easiest way without having to hire someone to do it with a pressure washer and you get the same result that lasts a year or more.

First I would look at what may be causing the mold. Do you have a leaking downspout, is there a moisture problem that needs to be resolved or are the landscape plantings too close to the foundation or wall? If so, address the cause first to possibly keep it from returning. Then I would apply a mild bleach and soapy water solution, using a scrub brush an rubber gloves. Be careful to protect any surrounding shrubbery from the solution and then rinse it with water and let it dry. If the paint is damaged, you can buy house paint with chemicals added to prevent mold and mildew.

Power washer. Do not use high setting, just enough that allows cleaner to reach the farthest spots.
Use 1 gal bleach to 4 gal water.
Spray on, leave a few minutes, not more than 5 min., wash off with water.

Repeat if necessary.

Bleach is all the professionals use. They call it their magic potion.

I'm guessing that you are trying to clean some kind of siding. You can blend a homemade mixture of four parts water, one part bleach, and a couple of teaspoons of TSP. You can make cleaner out of only TSP, but it may not take all the mold off.

Soapy bleach water and a brush. Rinse it off and you're good to go.
