From Mahboobnagar to Raichur is about 4 hours but be careful. Some rivers are in spate and the roads may be submerged. Mantralayam temple itself was submerged (Sunday Times carried a photo). Best of luck. Sri Guru Raghavendra will protect you. Sai Ram.

I think it will take about 10 to 12 hrs journey for you to reach your destination
