My alarm clock is my 4 year old. Unfortunately he doesn't have a snooze button and I can't shut him off =)

I started off with one alarm, and kept snoozing longer and longer until I hit about a half hour. I moved the clock away from my bed, and it helped, but then after a while I was able to unconsciously get up, hit the snooze, and get back into bed without waking up. I then moved on to two alarms, and this helped again.
Now I'm using two alarms, and still unconsciously hitting the snooze on both 2-3 times before I actually make a conscious decision to get up or stay in bed. It's becoming an issue.

I always set my alarm 15 minutes earlier than I have to get up just so I can hit the snooze once and get up in my own sweet time.
