Their company name alone should ring alarm bells
[.. "world business assist" indeed :-) ]

Did they contact you ? (another big give-away .. only con-merchants (such as timeshare and double-glazing sales) phone you at dinner time or sent out millions of SPAM eMails to ramdom addresses

Did you get their details from some 'friend' you last heard from 5 vyears ago ? (if so, then it's a Pyramid Scheme scam)

Do they have a web site with a 'real' address & real phone numbers (ones that are registered in their own name ?)

Do they have a 'real' email address ? (or is it .msn, .yahoo etc) .. and do they rspond to emails ?

If they exist at all, are they registered in UK or USA ? (or Monnoco, Channel Islands or Lagos ??)
