Depends on why you "quit" drinking. If you're not an alcoholic & decided to not drink for health reasons, then you can have a glass of wine here and there.
If you truly quit, then you can't have wine.

Yes, although the small amount required for some communion services does not count. Actually it's for this reason that many protestant faiths use grape juice instead of fermented wine--to keep recovered alcoholics from getting tempted to fall off the wagon.
