I have never before heard of this institution, but I can tell you the following with areasonable degree of certainty.

First, this is not a university. The institute offers Diploma level qualifications only, so it is not entitled to call itself a university.

Based on the web site, it seem like quite a small organisation. The address you give is an office block in the centre of the city of Melbourne. The "campus" will constitute one or more floors in that building, and that's all.

The quality of education that they offer in your field of interest may well be wonderful, but don't expect it to be a large traditional university campus together with thousands of students.

I have never heard of it. It looks as if it is a commercial electronics training school. Ask them if you can obtain a Broadcast Operators Certificate of Proficiency there,
or a diploma in IT work. I would say that the campus is fairly small.

Their web site is not terribly informative or obviously extensive which is odd for a college specialising in electronics and IT.

Run a web search on their name. If they are any good you should be able to find some favorable mention of them. The only thing I found apart from their own sites was a "Nova Institute of Technology" in Salt Lake City, Utah and that looks very dubious as they are into metaphysics and "free energy".

That is more than dubious, it is the sort of thing that patent offices around the world automatically refuse to grant patents for. If the Melbourne institute is connected to the Salt Lake City one, I would not touch them with a 40 foot pole. Ask them directly. If they say they are, or you receive an evasive answer, run away.

Most of the institutes of technology round the country and technical colleges offer some good training in these fields and you do not necessarily have to go to a capital city for them, which can mean that living costs can be lower. These colleges and institutes are under the supervision of government and industry people so give relevant training.

If I were you I would look at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. RMIT has an international reputation as one of the great technical universities of the world. Other great universities in Melbourne can be found here.

Interestingly the Nova Insitute of Technology is not listed

Sorry don't know that particular Uni, but something you said made me want to answer.
In Australia our Uni's are all pretty much the same 'level' you should choose the place you want to go on the course you want to do. Or other things like proximity to housing or transportation. Melbourne has a good reputation for Uni's and has a large multicultural population. I'm sure someone will be able to give you some inside info on this particular place.

you will possibly desire to bypass to whichever college has the terrific attractiveness which will admit you. Neither of those 2 universities rank very noticeably the two interior Australia or the worldwide rankings. The pastime you will get on the top of a course is plenty greater significant than the charges you pay to examine it. in case you lack the tutorial credentials to get a place in a sturdy college, you would be terrific recommended to get a job instead of dropping thousands of dollars and years of your existence getting a qualification no one respects. attempt ANU, u.s. or Melbourne college.
