I'm more of a leader. I enjoy the challenges that being a leader presents. I can follow, but I ain't happy about it.

It depends on the situation. Some situations I feel more comfortable to lead, like if I have a clear idea of what I want to do. Other than that, I'm a follower.

Only 3% of people who say they're leaders, really are. I'm not a leader, and it hasn't done me any wrong.

it depends on the situation. i prefer to be a follower so lesser headache. but at times, i have no choice but have to be a leader, to guide and assume responsibility.
