Alcohol affects all memory retention, so yes. Alcohol prevents the neurons in your brain from storing long term memories, and photographic memories are basically really good long term memories. What we can remember short term, photographic memories store as long term, allowing them to recall things that the average memory cannot. Either way, since long term memories are affected by alcohol, photographic memories would certainly be affected as well.

Yes. I have a so-called "photographic memory" and I can't visualize places I've gone and been drunk at.
