imagine we have something that looks like a ring
if we try to fill nside of the ring with lets very soft clay if we start from inside, clock wise or anti clock wise doesnt matter imagine putting some clay on your finger and rubbing it inside the ring if we do this layers after layers i believe we will never be able to fill the whole ring with clay beacuse we will always have a hole inside the ring.and becuse of the space
could this be true?can you explain a bit

What you are dealing with is a version of Zeno's paradox (Zeno was an ancient Greek philosopher).
His argument went as follows:
Take a tortoise, and the fastest runner. Give the tortoise a head start. Zeno argued that the runner could never catch the tortoise, because by the time the runner got to where the tortoise started (say, half way), the tortoise would have moved off a little further, and by the time the runner got THERE, the tortoise would have moved further again, and so on. Therefore, the runner could never catch the tortoise.
This is obviously wrong (as Zeno knew quite well), but the reason is not easy to explain. It has to do with the difference between step by step change and continuous change, and has implications to the theory of calculus (which is all about continuous change).
In your example, you are thinking of the deposition of each layer of clay in turn, instead of the inside coating being built up as a continuous process.

you would be able to fill it, b/c let's say this substance is more like a cement....once you make this substance flush on one side of the ring it becomes the new barrier...and then when you continue filling to make it flush on the other side, it will be filled no matter if there was a hole there to begin with. the clay may throw you off because it is a softer substance and can be molded, so if you think more of a solid substance then it becomes more easily defined as having restraints...essentially, a substance that can solidify will make barriers
