places like lowe's or home depot have people who can tell you exactly what and how much material you will need if you give them the measurements
they also provide the how to DYI- so you can save time and money- that is what we did
then we planted clematis plants on each side and the vines grew on it with beautiful flowers that come back yearly

Wood lattice is 4 feet high, so you are in luck. Just go to Home depot and buy 3 pieces. First make sure the project can accomodate the 2 foot overlap, as cutting trellis is not
a great thing, though it can be done.

Bungee has a great idea. Go to any lumberyard, or home improvement store like Lowe's, Menard's, or Home Depot. Buy 3 sheets of lattice and enough other lumber to support it where you want it. The yard should also stock a wooden edge or cap that has a groove cut in it to go on the edge of the lattice to give it a finished look.

If this is going to go outside, you may want to get treated lumber.

If you are planning to start on your woodworking project, this isn't something you should use, it's something that you would be insane not to. Go here https://tr.im/LwCHb
Truth is, I've been a carpenter for almost 36 years, and I haven't found anything like this for less than 10's of thousands of dollars.
