Rambo and Arnie just show off their muscles and pull a trigger. Chuck can do that too. But Chuck can do a jumping spinning roundhouse kick. Rambo and Arnie can't. Rambo and Arnie also played less than ideal characters involved with drugs, both in the movies and in life. Chuck didn't. Chuck is a hell of an actor, an awesome action hero, and real life "Captain America."
Chuck is the best.

Arnold... Running Man, Conan, Predator, True Lies, the 1st 2 Terminators! Even though Chuck Norris is so badass that he can beat you in a game of connect four in only three moves... Arnold.
