I personally would like to understand the perspective of those leaning towards the right as I leaned that way myself before the current administration. But most intelligent questions are answered with the most inane garbage.

I think I understand what you are saying. I do lean right but I want to be open to someone who leans left yet is not a koolaid drinker, someone with whom I can agree to disagree. Everything in this country is so polarized. Everyone is shouting but very few are listening. Everyone demands that everyone else think the way they do or they are called an idiot or neo-con or commie or some other ridiculous name-calling. What we never call each other is fellow American. When the terrorists attack us, they don't attack dem or repub, they don't attack christian, jew or atheist, they attack Americans. We need leadership in Washington that strives to work together to find common ground but all we have up there are a bunch of politicians with their fingers in the air and kissing up to special interests.

Right leaner's are a bunch of bleeding hearts. They want change and healing but not on their street, or anywhere else they can see it.

just like how Republicans treat deomcrats (in america) like traitors, even though a decent portion of them are'nt.
