10- i just studied contructivism theory, and it stated that every person has multiple primary goals. i think that not only are there contradictory urges, but there are also multiple goals that we give importance to, that it's really difficult what to do first, what to aim first, r what we really love to do. maybe, the difference is the degree of importance we attach to a certain goal. =)

Sometimes we have urges to do things because we see others doing things. It is however best to do what we think is right for us.
the lioness is right because we have so many personal goals
in life it is difficult to decide upon which one to go for. Personally I'm really bad at deciding. Just last year I studied English Literature for AS and I really hated it. I used to like English but now I'm so confused and I really don't know what
I want to do.
I have an urge to work and get a job
but I also have an urge to avoid thinking about reality
and another urge to escape
urges are really confusing if only there were two urges. A bad one and a good one then life would be so much easier.

I think this is a myth. A sort of "diversion". We donot seem to sit down and pause , for a moment, to analyse our thoughts in our mind.
What do we mean by "loving to do?" Why do we have to love something ? And then do it? Why not simply do and , then love that we have done? The hidden truth is that we all want to do things that would give us happiness. We analyse first and think that such and such action would give us happiness and THEN do it. We simply donot do things that we are not sure of doing and we donot want to end up having unhappiness.
The reason why we FEEL that we are not sure what we want is the past experiences of our earlier doings. We all know that things that we did ( thinking they will give happiness) gave us only short time happiness. Thus we keep on trying things .. ... anything . This is what makes us feel that it is difficult to find out what we really want to do .It is not a contradiction but experiences of the others which we think to be contradictions .
Try doing things without expectations and may be we will enjoy everythuing .

yes you are true for Long Term, But not for Short Term (Term is a period of time, where a person thinks about other activities).
It is not only because of Contradictory urges, but the activities which we love to do might be difficult to attain them (like if every body love to be a president), so we tend to divert from the activities we love.

Negative thoughts may sometimes arise from the subconscious mind. The mind is a repository of all past experiences, this is what you see when you first look within.

that's true, but it all depends on our vision of life. today i might love to do something and tomorrow this something would disgust me because i changed my opinion about its importance in my life.
