Not exactly... but if I have an opinion on the subject at hand, and I can offer something that nobody else has mentioned, then I will go ahead. Although it depends on a variety of factors, since some people offer questions that I really can't answer so it would be pointless to waste mine and their time.
However if I'm in the mood, I like to confuse the hell out of people by talking about the most random and disjointed set of unconventional European giblets of obscure and confounded knowledge which frequently consist of an enormous string of unnecessarily lengthy and irrelevant words prone to momentarily inhibit the smooth and unrefracted thought process of the reader.
Sorry

I felt obligated to answer this - and I don't even have an answer to give. I think there are aliens from outer space controlling me and stopping me from doing any proper work today. Else its just the hangover?

nah... why would i want to bother the questioner with my no good answer? he/she must have asked the question for some good reason and expects a good answer i return.. I guess, it is like a good favor.. If i went mumbling non-sense on other people's question, others might go and do it on me.. and i will find that very annoying.. so, i hope by i prevent myself form doing it on the others, than other people won't do it to me..

no, not at all, specially if i think that i am not capable of giving a sensible answer to that question. if i dont know anything i dropped the question to others, and look for more hundreds of other questions here, or else i rated question/answers to help the yahoo answers community specially those with unresolved questions. got it? :)

No, because sometimes the question turnes out to be about something else when you read the whole text so I don't know how to answer or don't want to answer anymore.

No, not at all. Sometimes I even wish I hadn't opened the question in the first place.
