Gerry is asking for evidence from police relating to proof that she was dead.
Surely they ought to be realistic and expect all avenues to be followed rigorously within the investigation?
Police are under enough media pressure with all the speculation so why is he adding to it?
I appreciate you would prefer to believe your kid was alive but after all this time it seems less likely.

There is no credible evidence to suggest she was abducted, likewise there is no evidence to suggest anything else occured and to be honest, I doubt the 'answer' will come out in this case.
The only evidence suggesting she was abducted is circumstantial evidencing with boats leaving a harbour at the same time she was reported missing or people being witnessed carrying a 'child like object'. All very sketchy and nothing credible.
I guess when a child goes missing, the first port of call is 'abducted' then 'paedophile' then 'murder'.

The only evidence is the word of the parents which my goodness is stupid because they lied so many times in the beginning. Why do people not see it? Why are so many people overlooking what the witnesses in the hotel restaurant had to say. What did any of these people have to gain from lieing about how often they left the table? What would the McCanns have to gain from lieing about it? Think about it!!! Obviously the McCanns have more to gain from lieing then a bunch of strangers. How about the window shutter. The McCanns stated it was broken yet the hotel manager and staff stated it wasn't. Who has more to gain from lieing?

THAT is a very good question! It has taken quite some time, after the initial outrage, for the good questions to start coming out. I hope more than anything that she, along with ALL other missing children, is found alive and well.

Is there any evidence a dead child was removed from the hotel? If they could have removed a dead child unobserved I don't see why an abductor couldn't have removed a live one. She is only 4. It wouldn't take much effort to overpower her. Unless there was no way an abductor could have got in unnoticed, anything is possible.

There is no concrete proof either the way - it is as if she just vanished.
I think people are thumb down-ing Crispy because he has answered every question with that answer for the last couple of days.

None whatsoever and it seems the Portuguese police have almost ruled abduction out.
Once again Gerry is showing what a narcissistic idiot he is. Since when did police hand over evidence to people who they think might be involved in a crime?! That guy needs a reality check - he seems to think he's a demi-god to whom normal rules don't apply.

This is getting more bizarre every day. I hope Madeleine is found safe and well, but if she is found dead then I hope the parents are charged heavily for child neglect. Everything is will depend on the outcome.

Well - if police ahd proof that my daugther was dead - I would want to know. Abduction is a possibilty at this time... Idf there is proof that she is dead, then that is a definite answer.
