yes it's called mittelschmerz (Middle pain)
usually happens before an egg bursts out of the ovary.
i get it every month. Quite comforting to know that I ovulate regularly, though it can be quite long lasting and uncomfortable when walking around sometimes.
Always BD before these pains come. Best to have spermies waiting for the egg to burst through.

Many women get this kind of pain as they are ovulating. I do. You should feel lucky, you are trying to conceive and your body is telling you exactly when you are ovulating. How convenient! Best wishes for your pregnancy! I was on the pill for 6 years before I got pregnant, and I got pregnant straight away, so its not impossible. Good Luck, and have fun trying :)

Absolutely normal. Thats how I know I am ovulating (on or off birth control but more noticeable off birth control)
I get a dull ache and sometimes it is more to one side. Depending on which side the egg is being released from. Its kinda like a slight period crampy ache.
Make sure you make a date with your hubby tonight, in the morning and tomorrow night!!!
So exciting!! I loved being pregnant!!!
Good luck, baby dust coming your way!!!

Sounds like it could be IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). There are loads of triggers for it, but it can often be sinduced by stress. If your dull ache is relived by going to the loo then this likely, but it's better to see the doctor. I'm sure it is something that can be sorted quite simply :) Take care
