I think one way would be to hand out hardcore pornography before work, to get people going. Any other suggestions?

A bit of healthy competition. Pair them up against each other by seeing who can make the most customers cry in a morning.

Unless you are in the sex industry line of work yourself then this would make people less productive. Cos they'd be turned on and eyeing each other up, thinking dirty thoughts, not being able to focus on their work, maybe making mistakes and would probably have to nip off to the loo to sort themselves out.
You've got a hard job there, cos motivating people to do a job they probably hate is not easy, I've been there and I couldn't even motivate myself let alone anyone else.
Just give them all the day off and be done with it, that'll motivate them more

No not right idea
Just making the place look better like adding some flowers into the place or get some one to arrange their stuff before they come. try to make the place feel better that will get them motivated it think it will work. Good luck:)
