When you start running up and down the stairs and making strange screeching noises and then breahting really deep just from pure excitement and sometimes you start jumping up and down or hitting yourself or punching your chest.

Ooh, the other day I was really tired, but my girlfriend wanted to go play baseball at a park. I'm not really good at baseball, but like the sudden running around made me go crazy. Like i was throwing the ball really far and hitting the ball with the bat, and then I kept screaming when the ball was flying at me. Woo, that was fun despite the craziness.

I used too... get like bursts of excitement for absolutly no reason like id be sat there and then all of a sudden il just get a sort of adrenalin rush and clap my hands lol... it hasnt happened for a long time though! must have been a teenage thing. I've never done what you described though, you wouldnt be called Richard Simmons.

Sounds like you are either being a wise guy and pulling our leg or you may have some mental disorder that needs to be addressed. People with bi-polar disorders have periods of energy and then periods of depression after that. Good luck on whichever it is.

I have and the odd thing is this beautiful stranger had all of her beauty on the inside. To the average eye she would have been classified as a plain jane. She had a heart as big as Texas and one of the few people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting that truly would have given you the shirt off of her back. Nice question!
