Its hard for you and many other men to imagine what we are feeling, so i'll try to create a vivid picture for you. It's NOT okay for them to treat you like ****, don't take their crap... But this is part of the reason...
Would you like it to have headaches for a week straight, cramping in your stomach so sore you feel like crap for a week. Or how about if your chest became soo tender and sore that it aches with every step you take, or you grow 3 zits the size of texas on your face because of it, and feeling like crap for a week straight every month. Imagine if blood was coming out of your penis and you have to clean it up every 2 hours. Combine all of these symptoms together and thats only a few of girls problems...
For me... When its that time of the month my mind just goes bonkers every little thing irritates me and im NEVER like that im always relaxed and laid-back. My hormones go out of wack and i have this constant urge to yell and be mean on really bad days, i have no control over it. You know one of those days you get really mad about stupid things for no reason, its the exact same thing with us. Something in our body tells our mind to go nutz, heh its not like we like it either. Now imagine you have this problem since you were 12 until your 50...
I do have to try hard to not explode and punch a guys ***s out because its soo unfair but ive never treated anyone bad because of it.

I do agree with what every woman has said so far, its all true and I go through all of that too... BUT I have to say, that some (and Im only saying some) girls use this to their advantage and act in ways that are completely uncalled for and blame it on their time of the month. Just keep this in mind but dont ever call a girl out on it, cause she will only get even more mad at you!
A little more advice, when a girl is upset or acting mean, dont ever say "Are you on your period or something?!" or "Is this your time of the month?" because nothing makes a girl more upset. No matter if they are or arent on their period. Can any girl agree with me on this???

Because of the rise in hormones each month which is why they will say "It's my time of the month".
One thing that can help with the mood issues is taking B6. One can find it in a bottle by itself or as part of B Complex. You can find it in most of the major drugstores. If the problem with the mood is super severe then this needs to be evaluated by a doctor to see if something else is going on that could be causing this.

When a girl has her period, she is in so much pain. It honestly feels like her stomach is being torn to pieces. During that time, everything inside a girl is messed up. Physically and emotionally. It's not like we enjoy this. You should just feel happy that you don't have to go through this. You don't have this every month and yet you're still b*tching!

Because when its "that time of month" girls are in a lot of pain. Cramps galore. It sucks and they cant help it. Wouldn't you be b****y if you were in pain ALL day! We shouldn't use that as an excuse but we do. My friend put a tampon in a water bottle and it filled the whole thing. It hurts thats all

I even have considered some women become a thoroughly diverse guy or woman while it’s their time of the month. wherein case i individually experience that some women use this as an excuse to ‘act a fool’ with the point to communicate. yet to me, based on the counsel given, i think of her subject is going plenty deeper than her time of the month. It sounds to me like the ‘newness’ of the relationship that she’d conventional between the two one in each and every of you has worn off and he or she’s searching for somebody new to take your place. don't be afflicted my chum. For I’m a sturdy believer interior the actuality that each and every thing happens for a reason. and that i assume that motives why issues are no longer understanding between the two one in each and every of you is with the help of the fact it’s time so you might bypass on and locate somebody new. provide her that area that she’s soliciting for and don't waste time attempting to ‘gravel’ at her ft. She’s somewhat telling the actuality, it’s no longer you with the subject, you haven’t achieved something incorrect. It purely sounds to me like she’s attempting to locate a ‘great’ way of ending your relationship. So do no longer waste time with somebody who can’t make up their innovations in the event that they desire to be with you or no longer. you will possibly desire to seek for a relationship with somebody who’s greater ‘mentally sturdy’ for one, and who values a healthful and happy relationship with you. You met her, you’ll meet somebody else.
