Ram, Green Tiger Barb, Betta, blond guppy, Patrizi Killifish, Sailfin Molly, Celebes Rainbow, Splashing Tetra, and True Rummy Nose tetra, i'm buying a larger tank and i have been looking at fish, i have read about all of them and i think that all the temperments on them were peaceful, and maybe a couple semi-aggressive ones, is that a bad combination?

It really depends a lot on how big the tank is and how you decorate it.
Bettas and Rams are both territorial and won't live peacefully together. It can work only if it's a large enough tank and well planted, but for the most part the safest thing to do is choose one type or the other and run with it.
As mentioned, barbs can be feisty, and are also extremely active, and can cause problems for your betta or your ram. Again, if the tank is big and well decorated, and the barbs kept in a good sized group, it might work.
I don't know this for certain, but you need to be careful with the killifish as well - it very well may draw aggression from a Betta, and possibly the ram too, so be careful.
If it were me I'd make it either a Ram, Betta, or Killifish tank (I'm partial to cichlids), skip the barbs altogether, and then go with the rest of the plan, making sure to keep the rainbow and tetras in appropriate schools. Instead of the Barbs I'd go with a school of corydora catfish or other bottom dweller, since your tank already has an abundance of open water schoolers.

Yes, there are a few things wrong. First the tiger barbs are usually classified as semi-aggressive fish. They are notorious fin nippers which will cause a problem with the betta and perhaps the molly. It has been my experience that bettas are best living on their own or with a small school of small tetras or other small fish. I had mine in with some harlequin rasboras w/o any problems.
The ram while being one of the most peaceful of the cichlids is still in fact a cichlid and sometimes doesn't make the best "neighbor" in a community tank which looks like what you are going for. Rams are also very sensitive to water quality and I have heard enjoy warmer water temps. They are, however, excellent looking fish.
If it were me, I'd pick my absolute favorite fish out of that group and stock around that one species. By doing that (and with a little luck) you will have a harmonious fish environment.
Good luck to you whatever you decide to do!!

either get a betta instead of the rams and guppy or rams and guppies instead of the betta because the betta will kill the guppy then it will die because it and the rams will fighht so take out the betta or youll have problems and take out the tiger barbs and put maybe lemon tetras or neon tetras and the molly can live with all salt no salt or half and half you also need bottom feeders if the tank is big enough get a plecostomous or else get 3 or 4 cory cats

I would say that the Molly will need salt added whilst Barbs are notoriously aggressive especially with a delicate fish such as the celebes.
As long as you Betta's are female I would say take out the Molly and Barb and maybe change them for , say, a couple of species of Tetra that are peaceful such as X-ray, Lemon or Cardinal.
Always ask your local fish stockist what they think, they should be quite helpful and visit the Practical Fishkeeping website for more info:- http://www.practicalfishkeeping.co.uk/pfk/pages/home.php

As long as you keep the barbs in a group of at least 5 ( to take out aggression and prevent finnipping) you will be fine, all the others seem to be fine with each other
Hope that helps
Good luck

the tiger barb and betta.
Tiger barbs arent kept by me for that reason, they are fin nippers and will eat the fins off of a betta.
Yea but like youknow, your going to need a very large tank and most of those are schooling fish and would like a school and need a large tank, somewhere around 55g.

See most of your fishes are chilids-nipping fishes.. except guppy and molly.
Betta can survive with the rest of your fishes, to certain extend, Mollies can also live with your community but certainly not Guppies!!
The first families to be wipe-out should be your Guppies..
So do think twice..
Cheer!
