close handed push ups (push ups with your thumbs touching) will help build your pectoral muscles, and that will give a more natural fuller and perky appearance.

Whilst you were loosing weight it would have been a good idea to use a Vitamin E cream, this would have almost tightened the skin whilst it was loosing the fat. Pregnant women use it so that they dont end up with saggy skina nd stretch marks.
However now you could try using a firming cream, in a recent poll Avon was seen as the best firming cream on the market, expensive brands dont often work.

well, that they will look better a good bra (in your size, lots of women compromise to something that is almost good), take one with good support. i advice on a little iron and padding. you can try sports that will help your chest muscles (what that keeps it up). i am not sure if it will make to stand up your chest, but it will help in it not to fall very early. breasts fall is un reversible, you can only do your best to keep that it wont become worse. you need to prevent chest mobility (good bra), to prevent the chest stretching and falling. some links that may help...
p.s
if you don't plan on having any more babies and its not just a little falling you may look for cosmic surgery.

Surgical procedures, but I would recommend talking to your doctor as well to see what they suggest.
