Personally, science fiction beats everything else.

I'm with you Elfaeda. SF is my favourite closely followed by Fantasy. A couple of British authors worth trying if you haven't come across them already are Iain M Banks and Alastair Reynolds.

i prefer fictional stories because a lot of times things that happen in fictions, especially science fictions, doesn't apply to real-life. Fictions can be inspirational sometimes and i just love the creativity.

Fictional stories are cool and are seldom a bore cuz of the twists and turns it normally takes like Harry Potter or Da Vinci Code...!
But some true stories too keep us at the edge of our seats!
Personally, I prefer Fiction to Fact!

I like to read fiction. But on t.v. I love movies that are based on true stories.
