by the way.....I think people would think I was more an anti McCann.

Just interested on intelligent views about this.... not accusations and slating each other please.

I can recall I always believed Joanna Lees when lots were implying she had done away with her boyfriend and it turned out she was telling the truth, but this time around I think the McCanns appear to not be entirely telling the truth - whether or not that means they were involved I don't know but the dogs indicating a dead body was in the apartment is not a good sign.

Maybe people should have thought of all the different senarios.

McCanns should be investigated from the start, lie detectors, blah blah blah.

We will see what happens

Why is there anti / pro mc cann rivarly anyway?? Surely all on here are pro madeleine? We all just want whoever has taken/ hurt her to be brought to justice and hopefully she is still alive. I personally dont think the parents are involved - apart from their bad descision to leave the children in the apartment unattended. Some of the posts on YA are completely out of line - either far to personal ( nothing to do with madeleine at all, just because they dont like Gerry/ Kate/ Aunty Phil) or pure speculation (nothing to do with the facts). The whole 'debate' around this case has just been turned into a YA circus. It has been hijacked by the freaks for gain on their own perceived popularity. If it wasnt such a serious subject - it would be laughable.

Nope I am anti McCann (Gerry and Kate by the way) cos they neglected their 3 small children and they should be charged heavily for that. I don't support bad parenting especially those that can not carry out the basic and most important role of parenting. I don't know why they had children they couldn't look after. That's what annoys me and that's what started this whole thing. Everything else that happened is a result of the neglect.

I don't know what happened to Madeleine on that fateful night, whether she was abducted, wandered off on her own accord, or if something more sinsister occurred, nobody does, there are only possible theories. But one thing we can be sure of, is NEGLECT, if those babies hadn't been left unattended for hours alone in that unlocked apartment, then Madeleine would still be here today. So if nothing else, her parents are indeed guilty of child neglect, and for that reason alone, deserve to be punished by the authorities.

From what i have read, the dogs didn't indicate a dead body, but smelt blood. Blood was found and is being examined, but this means nothing.
I don't feel the McCann's would have done so much publicity in so many country's if they had something bad to hide.
Maybe their own feelings of guilt are what people are picking up on. Not that I am saying they are guilty of anything, but they will be asking themselves the age old question 'what if i had done this or what if i had done that.
I do not feel it is my place to judge, the truth will out in the end and then those guilty will pay the price.

anti or pro Mccann, no-one can deny the fact they left the children alone in that apartment, and as a result are responsible for the fact that Maddie is missing due to neglect, even if it comes to light they were not directly involved in her disappearance.

Depends if they would be implicated or not.

Historically many murders relating to close family members are found to incriminate the family when they've had a high media presence from the start of the investigation.

I still don't think that they did it, because I haven't seen a motive yet.

don't understand why it's bad to be anti Mccann, should'nt the same apply to the pro Mccanns, everyone has differant veiws , is that so wrong?. no one can say weather or not anyone is guilty here,as there isn't sufficient evidence to convict, but we can all speculate, which in turn means give everyone a break!

If she is found to be dead I will be even more angry with her parents for allowing it to happen. Life to be over at three is heartbreaking, that is why the subject has caused so much fuss on here. We all think that we could have looked after the child so much better.

No - cos I have never said they killed her. I have stated - in a few posts - that whatever happens to Madeleine is their fault - as it was caused by their negligence. So why should I feel bad when I stated the truth?

They hampered the investigation with the ambiguity of their accounts.

They neglected her which was the reason she was abducted.

They have conned millions from people who thought they were helping find Maddie where not a single penny raised has been used to actually look for her.

Irrespective of the results, they have been dreadful parents and should be charged.
