My mental health case manager told me last week that I shouldn't be afraid to ask for help & that one day I'm gonna find myself in serious trouble, trying to be independent. Now today, she says that I need to learn how to be independent.
& the worst part about it, is when people contradict themselves & then say that they never said what they said in the 1st place. Now, today she told me that she never said that I need to ask for help. I could've just passed out! Boy I wish I had a tape recorder!

Hi Queen- how dare they ever contradict you?- off with their heads- lol. No- seriously candy- people are one big contradiction- especially Social services- although -they are quite good, but not always.Sometimes they are bad. but when they Are Good.- they are Very Very good,- but when they are bad-they are horrid.- lol Love Jo- xx P/S - l hate you-

Yeah I get that all the time only it never happens lol. Seriously though I know what you mean. I wish I had a little pocket stenographer to follow me around.

It cause irritation but if you like peace in your life do not hate the people but pardon them because the the people who try to avoid the problem adopt such escapist way i. e. by contradicting himself or herself. So just forgive such people as they are basically cowardice,

I have a "former friend" who always did that. I called it "talking out of both sides of her mouth." I too hate it and the thing is, these people who think they are so smart, don't even realize that we all notice it.

Grrr...my college professors do the same thing. Sometimes on exams. Whatever you do, if you ever have to challenge her, choose your words oh so carefully.
