Sounds like the question has more to do with "categorization," "separation," or "sorting" than with our initial ideas of "segregation." Funny how much a society/culture shapes our definitions of words.
I don't have any slogan ideas, but it would have been best to clarify by indicating what the company/service was that you're looking for a slogan for. Not their name, just what they do. It sounds like it's a waste management thing?
