You can tell a guy is in love when he does things for the girl without any expectations of getting anything back. When he drops everything just to spend time with her. And when he feels comfortable telling her anything.
You can tell he wants to marry a girl when he starts dropping hints about a "future" together. Starts getting closer to her family, especially her brothers or dad. When he starts saying things like I will love you FOREVER or I want to be with you FOREVER.
But it is really important not to rush him on his decision. He will do it in his own time and it will be that much sweeter. Good luck with all.

hes very open with and would have spoken about your future together ie have kids ect. If he brings up subjects such as marriage you know that he is thinking he wants you to be his wife. If he calls you all the time and always wants to spend time with you and treats you like a princess you know he is completely in love with you.

When he showed great affection and sense of commitment to the girl and eventually proposed to her if she wants to spend the rest of her life with him.

When he does everything he can to make his partner happy and is willing to sacrifice anything to give his partner everything she desires. When he will give is own life so she can live, when she is the only person he is breathing for.
If he's love is true, everyone should be able to notice it.
