Drink warm milk. DONT exercise. Try counting back from 100 while foccusing on a conversation in your head (usally i only make it to 68, really hard to do and it wears u out) u will fall asleep fast.

...depends on the situation!
If you're with someone, and you really want to sleep, then try massaging each other ; that is ; assuming that the other person wants to be massaged, or wants to massage you, assuming they are awake!
On your own, trying to think of ten famous people, alive or dead, with random initials, always works for me. Or why not try good old-fashioned Self-Pleasuring??

they say it's better to get up than to just lay there.
i've tried everything & finally resorted to staying on line. the sleeping pills dr.gave me., the ones that worked went against my hormonesssssssss!!!!
so i'm trying melatonin again....hope we both can get to sleeping better,dearest
