The first Digimon Adventure 02 movie took place in the USA, and some of its TV episodes also took place in the USA.
The eX-Driver movie took place in the USA.
GunSmith Cats took place in the USA, Chicago to be precise.
Most of Sonic X basically took place in a place that resemble the USA, including a Bill Clinton-ish President. Plus even an Area 51-ish secret base.
The Virtua Fighter TV series have many of its storyline to occur in the USA.
