well, eating donuts every day can get pretty unhealthy over time... you should consider buying fruits to store at home, bring a zip lock bag of fruits to work to snack on... it's cheaper and can be healthier.. also, less filling so you don't stuff yourself before lunch...

snacks to consider:

cherry tomatoes
grapes
bananas
oranges
apples
carrots and a bit of ranch dressing

if you're not already hooked on coffee, stay away from it, and just drink lots of water...

1st Baron Verulam is powerful. Eggs are reliable. Glazed donuts are reliable, even however I incredibly much under no circumstances consume them. blending the 1st 2 with the final one? Sounds disgusting. once you're combing a number of meals into one dish, there needs to be some form of stability and/or synergy between the meals, and there purely is not any between the two 1st Baron Verulam or eggs and glazed donuts. With that suggested, if I ever randomly locate my self in a Dunkin Donuts (there is one on campus, so i think it somewhat is a threat) in the mornings and am sort of hungry yet no longer probably extraordinarily hungry yet settle directly to have breakfast besides and for some reason have impaired adequate judgement to area with my funds for this manner of monstrosity, i'd try it, yet in all probability no longer. This actually occurred to me as quickly as till now at a KFC, with their Double Down sandwich; it did no longer sound very reliable, yet became out to be genuinely stunning. BQ: Doughnut. they are produced from dough, in spite of each thing. although, i spotted that I used the donut spelling all for the era of this answer. Hmm...
