A question about a question......?

Okay I asked the following question about my dog in the Pets/Dogs section and for some reason I am getting rude frikin' responces from a couple of peolpe. Two of them pretty much said that my dog deserves a better home!!! WTF? Does anyone in P&S see why these people are being like this?

Well Julia- I also have a pet rabbit who the dog tries to attack. I guess that I should just make my dog inside and let him kill my 4 pound rabbit. Would that make you happy?

blewjaye- you need to learn how to spell "animal". Look I spelled it correctly abd I didn't even have spell check like you did.

I treat my animals very well. As a matter of fact everyone in my family says that if they were to be re-incarnated, they would want to come back as one of my pets. My animals are very spoiled.

Yes, I do. Some people believe it is cruel to keep a dog outside. Personally, my dog (who also weighs 50 frickin pounds) stays in the house, and is so affectionate and friendly, and so loves the company of people and other animals, I think it would be a terrible, terrible cruelty to leave him alone outside all the time. But I don't think you put this question here so people could explain it to you; I think you just wanted validation that it's OK to leave your dog outside or in the garage all the time. Otherwise, you would not be complaining about the answers people gave you. So go ahead and ignore this answer and choose someone who agrees with you for "best answer."

50lbs is not a big dog! Retrievers and chows are not loners, they are "pack animals" so being out all the time is not right for this particular pet. There is no reason your dog cannot be acclimated to the cats and bunnies. Figure out a way to have him live inside or find another home for him.
( my Labrador was 125lbs and my St Bernard/Newfoundland/Akita mix is 85 lbs and we co-exist quite happily in the house!)

The pets section people are just as passionate about that section and animals ...like the Religious section and the politics section..you just can't win in that catagory no matter how nice you are...I stay clear of it.

there are people who think they are cool by argueing and cussing people out through the internet saying they are tough and they would beat ur *** and all this stupid stuff but in real life,they are a 45 year old virgin man living in the basement of their moms house named joe

im sry but all of those ppl are right. your opinions are shock collar, have him sleep inside, or get rid of it. look its not all about you, think about the dog. hell, the neighbors are most likely pissed off at you. open your eyes, think about others.
