√75x^4/√3 <--is x^4 also under the radical? if so:
(otherwise see answer above.)

= √75x^4 / √3 *(√3/√3) <--This will get rid of the bottom radical
= √225x^4 / (√3)²
= 15x² / 3
= 5x²
