More self-indulgent than kind with wisdom. I don't get enough exercise, have a tendency to eat the wrong things, and generally do not do the things I need to do instead of the things I want to do.

I'm working on that. I am my own biggest critic. I know that I shouldn't expect perfection from myself because it is an unattainable goal. But I am beginning to know myself more and to appreciate my good qualities, quirks and shortcomings.
