Well im on a semi-health kick so i would say have a sandwich, maybe a half depending on how much you need..
Add vegtables to your meal.. you could take broccoli, or even cucumbers and put them in a little italian dressing and they take the water out of you and end it with a little bit of rice pudding ..
Pudding cant hurt you if you dont eat too much.. Its actually good for you..
That is my ideal meal.. You would get everything you need..

mix the chilli in to soup,then sprinkle cheese lightly over top,the put some bread in the oven and bake it so it goes brown then u can use the bread to dipp in soup!!

How about spaghetti? Spaghetti and meatballs, and perhaps add some sauteed veggies if you like, or whatever you like. Just try something new friend.
